Oxeco to Purchase Tissue Regenix in Reverse Takeover

Oxeco has conditionally agreed to acquire regenerative therapies firm, Tissue Regenix (TR) for £12 M ($17.53 M) in shares. Oxeco, in addition, reported that it has conditionally raised £4.5 M ($6.57 M) before expenses by way of a placing.
