RENE  finalized the shareholder approvals necessary to permit the allotment and the issue of the remaining 95,533,498 of the recent placement.

Referencing our blog of 12/13/10:

The 3rd tranche was allotted, subject only to admission.  Application has been made to the LSE to be admitted to trading on AIM to become effective 12/30/10.
