Neuralstem (NYSE Amex: CUR) Raises $10M in Registered Direct Offering
CUR sold $10M of units at $2.80 per unit in a registered-direct offering; the units consist of 1share of common stock, and 3/4 common stock purchase warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $3.25 and a term of three years. CUR will receive gross proceeds of $10M before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
Noble Financial Capital Markets acted as the sole placement agent for the offering.
